Some scenes from Skittles (A Scene in the Pawnbroker's Shop) performed at the Apollo Theatre, London, in 1921.
The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, August 13th, 1921, "Skittles" at the Apollo Theatre.- A Scene in the Pawnbroker's Shop."
Skittles (Miss Alice Bowes) gives Lord Roftus, the Pawnbroker's Assistant (Mr. Geoffrey Kerr) his conge. On the right is seen William Wiggleshaw, the Pawnbroker (Mr. Horace Hodges). The Play-A Tale of True and simple Love-depends for success largely on the fine acting of Mr. Hodges.
