A scene from A Bear (first published in 1888) written by the Russian playwright Anton Chekhov (1860-1904) and produced by the Washington Square Players Club at the Bandbox Theatre,  from February 19 to May 30, 1915, and the Comedy Theatre, New York City, in 1915 and 1916. Its director was Edward goodman and its cast Samuel A. Eliot Jr.
