Some scenes from The Hairy Ape (a play in eight scenes, premiere in 1922) written by the American playwright Eugene O'Neill (1888 - 1953), and produced by Aleksandr Tairov (Russian leading theatrical artist, 1885 - 1950) at the Kamerny (Chamber) Theatre, Moscow, around 1925.
Tailov directed another O'Neill's play Desire Under the Elms in 1930.
