   a- The two Bohemians meet.- Panthea (Miss Lillemor Holvorsen) has been wrecked on the coast of Northumberland, and is being sheltered by the narrow-minded and priggish family of the Mordaunts.  She turns with contempt from them all except Gerard Mordaunt (Mr. Leon Quartermaine), in whom she finds a spirit so congeneal and reciprocal that within half an hour of their meeting she has induced him to elope with her,  Gerard leaving his appallingly exemplary wife for ever.

   b- It is two years later, and Panthea, who is still with Gerard, is seen thinking out how to get the latter'a opera produced, since the lack of recognition accorded to his genius is wrecking her lover's health.  It is the wicked Baron who comes forward at this juncture with infamous suggestions to that end.

   c- The reception of Panthea from the wreck in to the chilly Mordaunt household.

   d- Panthea kills the Baron de Duisitort (Mr. C. V. France) on finding that he has revealed to Gerard the sacrifice she has made in order to get her lover's opera produced.

   e- The death of the lovers.- Gerard has forgiven Panthea for yielding for his sake to the Baron, but as the police are on the heroine's track for the latter's murder, these two children of passion make an end of all their troubles by taking poison and dying in each other's arms.
