A scene from Roza i Krest (The Rose and the Cross, based on a medieval French legend, 1912) written by the Russian playwright Aleksandr Blok (1880 - 1921) and produced in Prague, Czech, around 1920. For its premiere it went through more than 200 rehearsals, but it was not staged.
