   Lady Clancarty was produced at various theatres (1887 - 95) starring Mr. and Mrs Kendal (William Hunter and Madge Kendal), William Lugg, George Gray, Florence Cowell, Minnie Cathcart, Gaston Murray, etc. Directed by Daniel Frohman.

The Illustrated Sporting and Dramatic News, May 4th, 1907, "Clancarty," by Tom Taylor, at the Lyric Theatre.
   1- Mr. J. E. George as the Earl of Portland.   2- Lady Clancarty (Miss Evelyn Millard) successfully appeals to King William III. (Mr. W. Mackintosh) to save the life of her husband, who, though an open enemy of the King's, is not the assassin he is thought to be.
   3- Lady Clancarty (Miss Evelyn Millard), disguised as a washerwoman, visits her condemned husband  in his prison.
   4- Mr. Lewis Waller as Lord Clancarty (an adherent of King James) when under sentence of death for treason against King William III.
   5- Miss Adrieenne Augarde as Lady Betty Noel, a jelous young friend of Lady Clancarty's
   6- Lady Clancarty in her bed-chamber with Lady Betty Noel on the night when Lord Clancarty seeks refuge there.   7- Lady Clancarty consoles her husband in the prison.
